General questions

Can I change my order? As long as an order has not been shipped out yet and/or is a change of size/color of the same item/an item of equal cost, changes to an order are allowed. Reach directly out to us via email or social media to make changes to an order.

Do you allow refunds/returns? All sales are final. We do not allow refunds or returns,  at this time.

How long does it take to ship my order? All orders ship out the same day if placed by 2 pm Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2 pm or on the weekend will be shipped out the following business day.
 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit/credit card payments online, Paypal, Afterpay, and POS cash payments for in-store purchases.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment options? Yes! We offer/accept PAYPAL PAY IN 4 and AFTERPAY. 

Shipping

Where do you ship from? All orders will ship out from West Point, MS.
 

Which shipping carrier do you use? We ship out all items using the United States Postal Services (USPS).
 

Do you offer fast shipping? Yes! We offer priority 2-3 business day shipping with less than 24-hour processing times when an order is placed by 2 pm on a business day! (This means your order will ship out the very same day!)
 

How can I track my package? Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email that will include your personal tracking number, so you can track your order right until it's in your mailbox.
 

Other questions

How do your items run in size? Most items run very true to size and have great stretch without taking away the quality of the piece. Every item will have its own unique "Deetz 'N Tingz" information detail that will specify how each item fits and what size the model is wearing. If in doubt, get your normal size or chat with us via our chat box in the bottom right corner of the page.
